In this assembly we will present a change in our statutes regarding the ‘Wet Bestuur en Toezicht Rechtspersonen’. This involves a small addition to the statutes that we updated last year. In this assembly we will present this to you after which there will be a voting. During the WALV (General Members Assembly) 1.1 on the 13th of September it will be presented and voted on a second time. You are very welcome to see the presentation and let us hear your vote on both the 10th and 13th of September!
